I've been drinking this dairy-free chocolate smoothie that I accidentally concocted a few weeks ago almost every morning... it's an addiction at this point. i don't measure anything so these are all estimated amounts.
1 single serving/cup of coconut milk vanilla yogurt
1 banana
3 spoonfuls of raw cacao powder
1 spoonful coconut oil
1 spoonful raw honey
1/2 spoonful cinnamon
3 spoonfuls of hemp protein powder (optional)
1 handful of kale
add as much almond milk as you'd like to achieve desired thickness
as with all smoothies, you can change around/add whatever sounds good to you. i want to keep adding things to this because it's so damn good.
